Ukraine women’s national team will play its first EuroBasket qualifying match in Riga
Ukraine women’s national basketball team It will play the opening home qualifying game of EuroBasket 2025 in Riga (capital of Latvia).
On November 12, 2023, Evgeniy Murzin’s team will play the second qualifying match against Portugal at the Riga Olympic Centre. The start time of the match will be announced later.
As we reported before, after the draw results, the Ukrainian team was placed in Group G. Our team’s opponents will be basketball players from Serbia, Portugal and North Macedonia.
In addition to the group winners, the four best second-place teams will receive direct tickets to the European Championship. The election will run in three windows: November 2023, November 2024 and February 2025.
