KAE PAOK has sent his message about the death of Giannis Ioannidis, the great rival as coach of Aris and Olympiakos.
The great rival of Giannis Ioannidis during his time on the Aris bench, but also afterwards as coach of Olympiakos, the PAOK basketball team, said goodbye to the “blonde” of Greek basketball with his own message.
“KAE PAOK mateco expresses its sadness at the death of Giannis Ioannidis. He was a great rival, especially in the years when he was the referee of Thessaloniki basketball, and left his very special mark on Greek sport. Our deepest condolences go out to the family of the deceased. May it be light, the ground that will cover it.”
