Europa League. Real Madrid won in Baskonia, Fenerbahce beat Milan
Today, October 6, the first round of the regular season of Europe’s most prestigious club basketball tournament took place. Four matches were played on the second day of the Euroleague.
In the first match of the day, overtime was played for the first time in the current Euroleague. Turkish F.Bahçe defeated Italian champion Milan on its home field.
Olympiacos managed to save the match in the fourth quarter, took the match to overtime and defeated its most important rival, Panathinaikos, 88:78.
In the Spanish derby, Real Madrid won in Baskonia at the end of the match, while Monaco, whose new star Kemba Walker could not play due to his injury, was defeated away against another representative of Spain, Valencia.
