Maccabi Tel Aviv spent the night at the stadium on alert from ELAS, EKAM and OPKE during the mission to OAKA

The Greek police have been on alert since Thursday (October 19th) as Maccabi Tel Aviv is in Athens this evening (October 20th, 9:15 p.m., Novasports Prime and LIVE from Sportish) for the game against Panathinaikos at the OAKA on matchday 4 of the EuroLeague .
The Israeli team delegation stayed in a hotel on Stadiou Street in the center of the capital, meaning their departure to the closed Olympic facilities was monitored and supported by a large police force. Just in case, OPKE, the Crime Prevention and Suppression Group, was also on site, as not only Greece but all of Europe are in the red due to the extraordinary situation in the Middle East.
Immediately after the game against Panathinaikos, the Maccabi Tel Aviv delegation will depart from Eleftherios Venizelos on a chartered flight to Cyprus, where the organization has relocated for a few days.
