The best five and best player of the week in the Super League have been announced
Clubs in the Ukrainian Men’s Super League played 13 bubble matches in Lutsk and Dnipro in the third week of the regular season. The “Dnepr” – “Polytechnica-Galicia” match, which was to be completed later, could not be completed due to an air raid warning in Dnepr.
According to the meeting results, the top five of the week were as follows:
- Jakor Nelson (Polytechnica-Galicia, 1 game) – 31 points, 9 assists, 7 steals, 4 rebounds (RE 33)
- Maksim Zakurdaev (Dnepr, 1 game) – 18 points, 4 assists, 3 rebounds, 2 steals (RE 20)
- Vladimir Konev (Budivelnik, 3 games) – 20.0 points, 7.3 rebounds, 2.7 assists (RE 25.3)
- Brantley Bynum (Kiev-Basket, 3 games) – 19.3 points, 7.3 rebounds, 1.0 steals (RE 22.3)
- Andrey Agafonov (Cherkasy Mavpy, 3 games) – 15.7 points, 8.0 rebounds, 3.0 assists, 1.0 blocked shots (RE 22.0)
Kiev-Basket forward was chosen as the best player of the week Brantley Bynum. The capital club went a matchweek without defeat for the first time this season and achieved three wins in Lutsk. Bynum averaged 19.3 points, 7.3 rebounds and 1.0 steals (RE 22.3) in games against Zaporozhye, Budivelnik and BIPA, demonstrating consistency and leadership qualities in these games.
