Shai Gilgeous-Alexander’s new home has a horrifying past
Just two days after Shai Gilgeous-Alexander moved into an $8.4 million mansion this spring, she allegedly received a threatening visit from a man demanding the whereabouts of Aiden Pretelski, Ontario’s self-proclaimed crypto tycoon. It has been reported.
The 24-year-old rented the house until his business collapsed, with investors chasing after the more than $40 million they gave him. For this reason, he is kidnapped and tortured.
It wasn’t until Gilgeous-Alexander’s girlfriend called police to inform them of the visit that the couple learned the full story behind the house. There were several threats, including burning down the house.
Apparently, the couple quickly moved away, and within a month Gilgeous-Alexander’s lawyers filed suit to have the sale rescinded. They claim the sellers falsely advertised the luxury home by failing to disclose a series of alleged blackmail visits to the property. It was done on a daily basis, sometimes by people who were looking for Preterski before Gilgeous-Alexander bought her.
“Defendants knew that no reasonable person considering a property of that type, quality, and price would buy it if the history of intimidated visits to the property and its continued risk were revealed.” ,” the lawsuit states.

The Euroleague match between Hapoel Tel Aviv and Paris, which was planned to be played on Friday, January 9 at 20:00, will be postponed again.
The Reds had previously made an official request to the Euroleague management regarding this issue, and it is expected to be announced in the coming days.

Hapoel management is unhappy with the behavior of the French club and its owner David Kahn. They claim that Paris refused to fly a connecting flight to Israel.
According to Euroleague rules, in double-header weeks, each team must reach the match arena by direct flight or travel no more than one and a half hours. However, the French refuse to attend the match on the grounds that it is against the regulations, as they will be playing in Türkiye, where there has been no direct flight to Israel since October 7.
Hapoel Tel Aviv also said that Paris refused to fly via Cyprus, which would ultimately lead to the postponement of the game.
In the statement made by the club, “Paris owner David Kahn insists on a direct flight to Israel, which is not possible from Türkiye. He is doing everything possible to avoid coming to Israel.”
