PAOK is making immediate changes to its squad
At PAOK there are both departures and new arrivals, as Fotis Takianos explained after the home defeat against Olympiakos.
With a rotation of seven players, PAOK withdrew the home game against Olympiakos on matchday 5 of the Stoiximan Basket League after Jamouni McNeish was injured in the first minute of the game.
Fotis Takianos relied on Fridrickson, Harrison, Margariti, Beliauskas, Gilmore, Tsiakma and Tsairelis, Schizas, Skoulariotis, Sotiriou received minimal playing time and Skyler Flaten, although healthy and available, did not play.
The PAOK coach explained after the end of the game that a squad update will begin from Monday morning (11/5), with Flaten out and the Thessaloniki team preparing to add a player to their squad.
“We were gone for six days, came back and held the necessary meetings. Some decisions have been made with the aim of making the team better and stronger and fixing what isn’t working. All of this will materialize starting tomorrow morning“ were the words of Fotis Takianos, who conquered the Turkish market.
