LeBron James Museum opens later this month
A museum dedicated solely to the life and illustrious career of LeBron James will open this month in his hometown of Akron, Ohio, the foundation announced Thursday.
The museum dedicated to the life of LeBron James will consist of a self-guided tour of his life, including never-before-seen elements from Akron through the Olympics, business and sports to the NBA. . charity work etc.
The museum begins with a recreation of the apartment where James grew up and takes visitors on a journey through time, including his selection in the 2003 NBA Draft, his championships with the Cleveland Cavaliers, Miami Heat and Los Angeles Lakers, and Let’s look back on his life. He won a gold medal at the Olympics.
“My dream has always been to put Akron on the map, so having a place in my hometown where I can share my journey with fans around the world means so much to me,” James said in a press release. Ta.
The museum opened on November 25th and is located in House Three Thirty, a facility promoted by the James Foundation to serve the community where he grew up. All proceeds from ticket sales go back into the community.
