Maccabi forced Fenerbahce to their third consecutive defeat on Serbian soil

After losses to Partizan and Red Star, Fenerbahce lost for the third consecutive time on Serbian soil after Maccabi defeated them 78-73 in Game 9 of the EuroLeague.

Lost to Partizan in the 7th game. Heavy defeat against Red Star in the 8th game. Maccabi, now playing in Serbia, lost to Fenerbahce on matchday 9 of the EuroLeague. The people’s team won the derby 78:73, forcing Dimitris Itoudis’ team to its third negative result in a row in the competition.

Bonzie Colson led the way with a double-double with 13 points and 13 rebounds. A further 18 points were offered by Lorenzo Brown. On the Fener side, which again played without Calathes, Guduric, Pierre, Sanli and Birsen, Tarik Biberovic set a career record with 18 points.
