The EuroLeague standings after Panathinaikos AKTOR’s victory over Valencia
Panathinaikos AKTOR finally made it into the top six, improving to 6-4 after their fourth straight win in the EuroLeague.
Panathinaikos AKTOR is in the top six after defeating Valencia (90-73) on matchday 10 of the EuroLeague. The Greens achieved two games above 50% before traveling to Belgrade and Istanbul for games against Partizan and Anadolu Efes.
The evening opened with the Villeurbanne-Bayern game at the new ASVEL stadium, with the game ultimately being the last to be played as it was decided in Bayern’s favor after two extra periods (101-100). Barcelona triumphed over Maccabi in Belgrade (92-90) and covered the losses of Yokubaitis-Veseli, while Virtus was easier to bend than the last 87-79 shown by Fenerbahce in the game in which Dimitris Itoudis was suspended.
Finally, Real Alba defeated Berlin 99-75 in Madrid, with Mario Hezonia scoring 26 points on 13 shots and Cabasso-Rodriguez providing 23 of his team’s 32 assists.
