Kyrie Irving saves Mavericks and prevents Lakers’ comeback
The Dallas Mavericks defeated the Los Angeles Lakers in a much more difficult game than expected. Despite being dominant from start to finish, the Texans watched the hometown team take control of the game with an impressive 30-8 run in the final quarter, but Kyrie Irving came on at the right time. The match was decided with a score of 101-104.
and Luka Doncic (30 points, 12 rebounds, 8 assists) The Mavs put on a perfect show, dominating the first three quarters without too much trouble, with 36 minutes of absolute control (71-91). Vivid injury I was able to avoid it.
But everything changed with the arrival of the final quarter. LeBron James (26 points, 9 rebounds, 7 assists) and Austin Reeves (17 points, 6 rebounds, 6 assists) They took over the game and worked together to orchestrate a huge comeback for Los Angeles. The result could have been even better if the local team had been more successful at free throws (12/19, missed 4 in a row in the final quarter).
The Mavericks were in the ICU and needed someone to come and help them as soon as possible. Some say Luka Doncic isn’t even the best player on the team…and today is the best day to think so. Kyrie Irving (28 points, 6 rebounds) He dressed up as a superhero and scored when his team needed it most. He hit a key triple to give the Mavs the lead back (101-102) and the two free throws that would ultimately give them the game-winning points (101-104).
Although we have to talk about LeBron James finishing the game. These free throws came after an inexplicable loss by the Kings. Even though Wang lost just one run and could have done whatever he wanted with the ball, he took the option of blaming the team for being off-limits, as he hit an almost desperate triple to force overtime.
