LeBron James gets cocky on his Instagram (and with good reason)
LeBron James broke the 39,000 point barrier during the Lakers’ win over the Utah Jazz earlier this week. Although he didn’t say much after the game, he made waves through his Instagram account, in which he sent a message to those who had tried to downplay his qualities as a scorer since early in his career.“It’s ironic that a player with a pass-first mentality is the top scorer and never gets caught!”
LeBron’s next article didn’t mention his 39,000 points, but talked about what’s next for the NBA’s all-time leading scorer.
LeBron’s goal is to reach 40,000 points, an accomplishment that could be accomplished this season since he currently averages 25.7 points and will take less than 40 games. But the King isn’t satisfied, he’s aiming for 45,000 and it will take him three or four more seasons to reach that number…but he’s in top form and with his son Bronny. Considering that we want to play together, there is nothing that can be achieved. Exclude.
