The dates for the Final Eight: Peristeri bwin and Kolossos for 7th place, the final for Spanoulis’ team is the game against AEK Betsson

Six teams checked their tickets for the Final Eight of the Greek Cup shortly before the end of matchday 10. Peristeri bwin and Colossos of Rhodes will secure the only open spot in the 11th and final round of the first round of the championship.

The 10th matchday of the Stoiximan Basket League ends on Monday (11/12, 8:15 p.m., ERT3) with the game Karditsa – Olympiacos, which, however, does not affect the tickets for the Final Eight of the Greek Cup that will take place from February 15 to 18, according to the EEC announcement. Thus, on the 11th and final matchday of the first round of the championship, the last remaining points will be closed and the first seven teams in the ranking will receive a ticket to the final phase of the institution.

Panathinaikos AKTOR, Olympiacos, Prometheus, AEK Bettson, Aris and PAOK have already mathematically secured a place in the Final Eight. The greatest interest is therefore in the game between Peristeri bwin and Union (December 24th, 5:15 p.m., ERT3).

With a win, Vassilis Spanoulis’ team takes 7th place. But if, be defeated and the Colossus wins the Marousi (December 23rd, 6:00 p.m., ERTSPORTS 1), then she will fall behind in the duel with the Rhodesians because she lost on the Emerald Island. Of course, if Kolossos also loses, Peristeri will qualify.

Let’s remember that Panionios, Milonas, Doxa Lefkada and Megarida will claim the UNICEF Trophy and the final place in the Final Eight of the Greek Cup.

We should also note that tThe All-Star Game will take place in Karditsa next week (December 16-17), so the 11th matchday of the championship will take place on December 23rd and 24th.
