Why the NBA didn’t suspend Josh Guidi

Immersed in the mayhem the NBA Cup has wrought, Adam Silver has found a place to talk about the controversy that continues to plague the NBA. The commissioner was asked about the status of Josh Guidi, who continues to play for the Thunder despite being investigated for involvement with minors.

Many wondered how Guidi was able to jump onto the court without any problems in the face of such accusations. Silver’s argument for not taking action against Guidi is valid, but it loses all credibility when compared to Ja Morant’s case. This punishment was given even though he had not received the same.
