The main event of the All Star Game with the big match between Team Walkup and Team Sluka is scheduled for Sunday afternoon (12/17), but the celebrations began in the morning with a crowd of people attending the festive event in the central square of Karditsa.

The premiere of the All Star Game 2023 took place on Saturday (December 16th) and today the main event is on the program with the game between Team Walkup and Team Sluka. However, the celebrations began early, with a crowd flocking to Karditsa’s central square for the tournament’s ceremonial event.

The President of ESAKE, Evangelos Galatsopoulos, was also not present at the event. the Head of Public Relations and Communications Haris Papageorgiou, the President of PSAKK, Andreas Glyniadakis, and the Vice President of KAE Karditsa, Christos Deligiannis.


The legend of Greek and European basketball as well as the President of the SEPC, Panagiotis Giannakis, was present and spoke to the basketball fans and the world he visited.

The mascots of the teams present at the event also added a special color and set a nice tone.

“A crowd of people, young and old, women and men, took part in the festive event that took place a few hours before the start of the second day of December 26 in Eleftheria Square in the center of Karditsau All-Star Game.

The event was attended by the Chairman of the Board of ESAKE, Mr. Evangelos Galatsopoulos, the Head of Public Relations and Communications, Mr. Haris Papageorgiou, the President of PSAKK, Mr. Andreas Glyniadakis, as well as the Vice President of KAE Karditsa JAPONIKI Christos Deligiannis.

People had the opportunity to take part in competitions and win rich prizes, as well as witness a demonstration of life-saving equipment by Red Cross Samaritan volunteers.
