G-League basketball player admits to killing girl: shocking details

Chance Comanche, the 27-year-old basketball player of the American G-League team “Stockton Kings”, was detained on suspicion of killing a girl a few days ago, and admitted that he had committed a serious crime.

The basketball player’s 17-page arrest report details how he and his girlfriend, 19-year-old Sakari Harnden, planned to kill 23-year-old Maraina Rogers. Comanche told Las Vegas police that the murder was committed at the direction of Harnden, who informed him that there were problems with Rogers.

The athlete told detectives that he and Harnden strangled Rogers and then left him in a deserted area in Henderson, Nevada, according to the report. The Comanche are now expected to be extradited to Nevada. He was detained in California, where he had been playing for the Sacramento Kings farm club in the NBA Development League since the beginning of October.
