Panathinaikos AKTOR declared Hernangomet instead of Guy in the Stoiximan Basket League
Change of foreigner at Panathinaikos AKTOR shortly before the end of the first round of the Stoiximan Basket League, with the “Greens” returning Juancho Hernangometh to the Greek squad and removing Kyle Guy from it.
Juancho Hernangomet was once again included in the Panathinaikos AKTOR squad in the Stoiximan Basket League. The Spanish striker, who has been back in the team for a few days after recovering from a finger injury (fracture), took the place of Kyle Guy.
The Spanish striker had managed to play in four Greek League games before getting injured and being replaced by Kendrick Nunn. During this time, he averaged 10.5 points and 7 rebounds in 23 minutes of play. For his part, Guy – who remains eligible to participate in the EuroLeague – appeared in 6 league games and averaged 6.8 points and 2.3 rebounds in 22 minutes of action.
After this change, Panathinaikos AKTOR’s seventh domestic foreign player (6 players allowed to play in each game) consists of Luka Vildosa, Kendrick Nunn, Jerian Grant, Marius Grigonis, Juancho Hernangometh, Matias Lessor and Oleg Balcherovsky.
