NBA updated the rankings of MVP candidates. Where do Embiid and Jokic stand?
The National Basketball Association updated the candidate rankings for the MVP (Most Valuable Player) title.
Philadelphia’s center and the reigning MVP of the league, Joel Embiid, is in the rankings with averages of 35 points, 11.7 rebounds and 6 assists per game this season.
In second place is last season’s Finals MVP Nikola Jokic, who won 20 of 30 games with Denver.
The third place on the list was taken by Milwaukee’s Greek forward Giannis Antetokounmpo, who helped his team win the last six NBA games.
Previously, the Los Angeles Lakers won the in-season tournament.
