The Boston Celtics defeated the Memphis Grizzlies in a home game of the National Basketball Association (NBA) regular season.
The meeting ended with a score of 131:91. The most productive player was Boston forward Jayson Tatum, who scored 34 points. Scottie Pippen Jr. scored 19 points for the guests.
In another match, the Minnesota Timberwolves defeated the Houston Rockets at home – 111:90. Rudy Gobert (17 points, 13 rebounds) and Karl-Anthony Towns (14 points, 10 rebounds) scored double-doubles for the winners, and Anthony Edwards scored another 32 points.
Boston, with 38 wins and 12 losses, leads the Eastern Conference standings. Minnesota (35-15) is second in the Western Conference. Houston (23-26) is 11th in the West, Memphis (18-32) is 13th.
