Zenit won the Russian Basketball Cup for the first time in history

St. Petersburg Zenit defeated Paris Nizhny Novgorod in the final match of the Winline Russian Basketball Cup.
The meeting in Yekaterinburg ended with a score of 64:55 (18:12, 12:7, 11:13, 23:23). Trent Fraser scored 18 points for the Blue-White-Blues, and Casey Shepard scored 13 points for the Nizhny Novgorod team. Frazier was named the Finals Most Valuable Player (MVP).
Zenit won the Russian Cup for the first time in history. In the 2015/16 and 2022/23 seasons, the team became a silver medalist.
In the match for third place, Ekaterinburg Uralmash beat Moscow MBA – 82:70.
