All participants in the NBA playoffs and play-in from the Eastern Conference have been determined

All Eastern Conference teams that will play in the NBA playoffs and play-ins have become known.

Based on the results of 82 matches of the season, the Boston Celtics won the East (64 victories, 18 losses), the New York Knicks (2nd seed), the Milwaukee Bucks (3rd), and the New York Knicks (2nd seed) also qualified directly for the playoffs. Cleveland Cavaliers (4), Orlando Magic (5) and Indiana Pacers (6).

In the 1/8 finals of the playoffs, Boston will meet with the team that received the eighth seed based on the play-in results, and the Knicks will play with the team with the seventh seed. In other pairs there will be confrontations between Milwaukee and Indiana and Cleveland and Orlando.

The Philadelphia 76ers (7), Miami Heat (8), Chicago Bulls (9) and Atlanta Hawks (10) will play in the play-in. In the first play-in matches, the Philadelphia-Miami and Chicago-Atlanta pairs will meet. Among the four play-in teams, the two best at the end of the mini-tournament will advance to the playoffs and receive the seventh and eighth seeds.

Later on Sunday, all participants in the NBA playoffs and play-in from the Western Conference will be determined.

Last season, the Denver Nuggets became the NBA champion, beating the Miami Heat in the finals.
