CSKA defeated Zenit and took the lead in the semi-final series of the VTB United League

CSKA Moscow won a big victory over Zenit St. Petersburg in the fifth match of the semi-final series of the VTB United League.
The meeting took place in Sanki-Petersburg and ended with a score of 99:73 (24:9, 26:17, 24:24, 25:23) in favor of the guests. The most productive player on the winning team was Melo Trimble, who scored 17 points. Trent Fraser has 18 points for the St. Petersburg team.
The score in the series up to four wins became 3–2 in favor of the army team. The sixth match will take place on Sunday, May 19, in Moscow.
