Basketball players from St. Petersburg “Zenith” defeated Krasnodar “Lokomotiv-Kuban” on the road in the fourth match of the series for third place in the VTB United League and won bronze medals of the tournament.
The meeting ended with a score of 88:77 (21:23, 21:22, 18:17, 28:15) in favor of the St. Petersburg team. The most productive player of the match for the Krasnodar team was Andrey Martyuk, who scored 28 points, while Zenit had Vince Hunter (19).
The score in the series up to three wins became 3–1 in favor of Zenit.
In the final series of up to four wins, CSKA and UNICS meet, with the army team leading the match with a score of 3–0.
