CSKA basketball player Melo Trimble was recognized as the most valuable player of the VTB United League playoffs

American CSKA defender Melo Trimble was recognized as the most valuable player of the VTB United League playoffs, the league’s press service reports.
On Wednesday, CSKA beat UNICS Kazan in the fifth match of the final with a score of 66:55 and won the series – 4-1. The Moscow club won the tournament for the 11th time in history.
In the final series, 29-year-old Trimble played all five matches, in four of them he was in the starting five.
Trimble moved to CSKA in July 2023. At the end of the season, he was also recognized as the best sixth player in the VTB United League and took part in the league’s All-Star Game.
