Miami Heat forward Jimmy Butler won a $174,000 pot from Brazil national football team forward Neymar at a poker tournament in Los Angeles, reports CBS Sports.
In addition to Butler and Neymar, professional boxers Chris Eubank Jr. and Ryan Garcia also took part in the tournament. After his victory, the basketball player shared part of his winnings with those around him.
However, Neymar was not left in the red after losing to Butler and took home a stack of $360,000 from professional poker player Alex Keating.
Butler and Neymar are old friends. In 2019, a video went viral on social media in which the basketball player attempted to paint a portrait of the Brazilian.
