France’s Basketball Team Beats Germany to Reach Home Olympics Final

The French team beat the German team in the semi-final match of the basketball tournament of the Olympic Games in Paris.
The match ended with a score of 73:69 (18:25, 15:8, 23:17, 17:19). Guershon Yabusele scored 17 points for the French team, while Dennis Schroeder was the top scorer for the German team with 18 points.
The French team reached the basketball tournament finals for the second Games in a row, winning silver in Tokyo.
The French will face the winner of the match between Serbia and the USA in the final. The Germans will play for bronze. Both games will be held on Saturday.
The Olympic Games in the French capital will end on August 11.
