LeBron James Named 2024 Olympic Basketball Tournament MVP

US National Team forward LeBron James has been named the most valuable player in the basketball tournament at the Paris Olympics.
In the final, the US team defeated the French team with a score of 98:87 (20:15, 29:26, 23:25, 26:21). The most productive player in the American team was Stephen Curry, who scored 24 points. Victor Wembanyama scored 26 points for the French team.
The 39-year-old James averaged 14.2 points, 6.8 rebounds, 1.3 steals and 8.5 assists in all tournament games.
The US team won the Olympic Games for the 17th time. Golden State basketball player Curry won the Olympic gold for the first time in his career, and James from the Los Angeles Lakers became a three-time Olympic champion.
