Paris Nizhny Novgorod inflicted the first defeat on CSKA in the United League season
Paris Nizhny Novgorod defeated CSKA Moscow in the VTB United League regular season match.
The meeting in Nizhny Novgorod ended with a score of 77:75 (18:19, 10:18, 24:20, 25:18). Aubrey Dawkins scored 21 points for the winners, while Melo Trimble scored 16 points for the Reds and Blues.
Paris Nizhny Novgorod, with four wins in five matches, is fourth in the United League table, CSKA, which suffered its first defeat of the season, is third.
In the next match, CSKA will host Zenit St. Petersburg on October 13, and the Nizhny Novgorod team will meet the blue-white-blues on October 9.
