Already this Saturday, October 12, the fourth season of the MEDIA BASKET Betting League, the first media basketball league in Russia, starts. The tournament, watched by millions of fans, will take place at the International Boxing Center in Luzhniki. Bloggers, celebrities, professional basketball players and simply sports and basketball fans will compete in spectacular competitions for the title of the best team. On the opening day, L’One, the first rapper to record an album on all continents of the planet, will perform before the guests.

On the first gaming weekend, October 12-13, the Sayonara Boys Club, Players Club, Underground Bizne$, as well as HOOPS, AVG, Rocket Team and others will take to the floor. Among the players and guests of the event on this day you can meet such stars as: performers T-Killah, Obladaet and Eldzhey, BUSHIDO ZHO and KARANDASH, musician and actor Sergei Mezentsev, singer Anna Sedokova, singer Niletto, professional basketball player and former NBA player Timofey Mozgov , bloggers Egor Ship and Nadya Sysoeva.

This season the audience will also get to know new teams. There are six of them this season:

• BLATOSPHERA led by rapper SLOVETSKY.

• Alikson, whose players will receive support from Anna Sedokova.

• BC 10, a well-known media team of comedians, which will be set up for victory by Azamat Musagaliev and Big Russian Boss.

• AUF, created by experienced League players, includes street basketball legend Bone Collector among its members.

• Favela Basket, composed of members of African descent led by musician Washington Salles.

• SYNDICATE, with the support of blogger Egor Ship and rapper Big Gun West.

During the tournament, up to seven games will take place every Saturday and Sunday. In addition, on each game day, spectators will be treated to performances by headliners, whose names are still kept secret. The grand final will take place on November 23 at the CSKA Arena, which seats thousands.

Games will be played in a 3×3 format with two rings of three players on the court. The duration of each game will be 10 minutes of “pure” playing time. For each hit by a player in the “celebrity” category of the team, he will receive + 1 additional point.

As part of the 4th season, a special line for the event will be available in the Betting League mobile application, as is tradition. For those who like not only to watch, but also to take part, the company has launched the “4444” promotion for existing customers.
