Former player Jose Simeon launches initiative to help those affected by DANA
Former basketball player and current firefighter Jose Simeon2010 Eurocup winner valencia basketraised funds to purchase motor pumps and began efforts to visit homes in towns affected by DANA during the outage to drain water from garages.
“I have purchased a motor pump and am working with colleagues to use it and operate it to relieve water in the DANA-affected garage.”Mr Simeon explains on the GoFundMe website, where he has already raised more than €8,400.
