Former Dallas Mavericks general manager Donnie Nelson’s lawsuit against the NBA club has been dismissed without the possibility of reconsideration, ESPN journalist Tim McMahon reported on social media.
The trial was scheduled to begin in December.
Nelson claimed that club owner Mark Cuban fired him after exposing the ex-general manager’s nephew to sexual harassment by one of the club’s executives.
Nelson resigned as Dallas general manager in June 2021. He worked at the club for 23 years.
