“Dial Anna.” Sedokova’s fourth husband died mysteriously at 32
Famous basketball player Janis Timma was found dead in Moscow. He lived only a week after the divorce.
The relationship between singer Anna Sedokova and basketball player Janis Timma in recent years was far from ideal and ended in a natural divorce.
The star athlete was having a hard time breaking up with the pop diva and made fans worry about their condition. However, the death of the 32-year-old basketball player still came as a shock.
Shortly before the fateful event, Janis desperately tried to contact his ex-wife, but was never able to do so.
“We decided to break up”
Anna and Janis first met in 2019. Sedokova loves basketball very much, often attended Khimki matches and supported the team near Moscow. She met Timma shortly after his arrival in Russia, when he came to the opening of the singer’s bar. It was love at first sight, however, the basketball player was still married at that time. Later, both Anna and Janis repeatedly claimed that at the time they met, the player had already put an end to his relationship with his first wife.
— At that time, Janis and his ex-wife decided to separate, which she stated in her interview several times. And then, wanting to interfere with me in this situation and not admitting any of her mistakes, she turned all her anger against me,” Anna said in an interview with Vasily Konov’s YouTube channel.
For several months, Sedokova and Timma hid their relationship, but the longer they were together, the more details of their personal life became known to the public. In 2020, the lovers got married, but in recent years, family life has deteriorated. The couple constantly quarreled and broke up; Anna counted more than 20 breakups. Despite this, the stars honestly tried to save the marriage. Janis, for example, could fly to his wife at five in the morning after a hard game.
“Thank you for everything”
But this could not continue indefinitely. On October 21, Anna officially filed for divorce. The marriage ended on December 9, a week before the singer’s birthday. Sedokova did not want to celebrate it, because the recent breakup had become emotionally difficult for her.
“I didn’t plan to celebrate anything on this day, I didn’t want a holiday or a celebration. It was too difficult before this,” Sedokova wrote on social networks.
Anna’s team helped to brighten up the severity of the divorce a little, as they surprised her at one of the filmings. The singer also shared with her subscribers numerous congratulations from loved ones. I didn’t forget to congratulate my ex-wife and Timm, who was also going through a difficult divorce. However, Sedokova did not repost his video on her social networks.
Unfortunately, this was the last thing the basketball player shared with the public. On the night of December 17, Timma was found dead in Moscow. Baza reports that on December 16 at 23:30 he recorded a voice message in tears, and at 1 am he was found without signs of life.
According to the SHOT Telegram channel, the cause of death was asphyxia. The basketball player was found between the first and second floors. Next to him lay a phone, on the screen of which was written the text “dial Anna *phone number*, thank you for everything.” Now law enforcement agencies are considering the possibility of suicide. RIA Novosti reports this with reference to a source.
Whatever the reason, the death of the talented basketball player at 32 shocked even those who had never seen him on the court. And one can only guess what Anna Sedokova, who a week ago was the official wife of Janis, will have to go through.

Crazy money. Cost of permanent NBA Europe franchises revealed
Unicaja President Antonio Nieto spoke about the project NBA Europe, which, according to preliminary plans, could start as early as October 2027, and noted that his club will try to get into the tournament through participation in the national league or the Champions League.
“We will never be an NBA franchise. These franchises will be located in very big cities, so that’s their idea; cities like Madrid, Barcelona, Istanbul, London, Paris… These are the teams that will create 12 permanent franchises and they say that they will have to pay about 500 million over 10 years for a television contract. Then there are 4 places that other teams participating in the Champions League or domestic leagues can enter every year and take one of these 4 places. Our goal is, as they say – Although I do not know all the rules Unlike the Euroleague, if we play one year in the NBA, the income will be similar or close to what the team owners get.
I don’t know who will leave or what transitions will occur. However, I think it would be a mistake for both leagues to exist at the same time. Clear and stable agreements are needed to bring basketball into order, as it is now the most unregulated of all sports. There cannot be 4-5 European competitions. People have a hard time understanding this, their interests diverge, players focus too much on the matches, injuries happen too often. And it is difficult to gather spectators in halls where there are so many matches. Economically this is unprofitable, this is absurd.
This is a matter of ego, and all parties need to come to the table and use common sense to create a logical system with one major league with economic control and real profits. A second strong league could provide an opportunity to enter NBA Europe, Euroleague or whatever it is called. “This would make sense and create a more coherent map of European basketball.”
Previously, the owner of the Euroleague club criticized the NBA Europe project.
