The NBA club coach threatens up to 20 years in prison for an armed attack
Assistant to the head coach of the Dallas Maveritsa NBA club Darrell Armstrong was arrested and accused of attacking circumstances, Fox4 News reports.
According to preliminary police data, the 56 -year -old American hit his beloved pistol and threatened to shoot her. The arrest warrant of Armstrong says that the incident began when the woman began to ask the trainer about the text message from another woman.
The victim told the police that Armstrong was drunk and demanded her keys to their apartment. She then stated that when Armstrong was talking on the phone with another person, the coach grabbed a gun and hit her on the right side of his face. According to the statement, Armstrong charged the gun and said: “I will shoot you.” The woman went to the dressing across the road and called the police.
The attack under aggravating circumstances with the use of deadly weapons is a serious crime of the second degree and is punishable by imprisonment for a period of 2 to 20 years.
Armstrong has been part of the Dallas coaching staff since 2009. As a player, he played for Orlando, New Orlean, Maveriks “Indiana” and “New Jersey”.
