65-71: Spain guarantees first summer formation medal

Spanish training basketball secured its first medal of the summer thanks to a women’s sub-18 team in the category Eurobasket finals playing in La Palma (Canary Islands) after bent in the semi-finals to France by 65-71. Javier Torralba’s team fought this Sunday (8:30pm) for gold against Finland, beating Belgium 77-69 in the other semi-finals.

Spain hasn’t given the French team a choice, which is dominated from start to finish. The departure of 2-14 marks the tonic of being a meeting, France then towed, Spain has always maintained a certain security advantage.
