Basketball “Zenith” announced the departure of Havier Paskual from the post of head coach
Javier Paskual left the post of head coach of the St. Petersburg Zenit, the press service of the basketball club reports.
The 52 -year -old Spaniard leaves Zenit due to the expiration of the contract.

Pasqual headed the “blue -white -blue” since 2020. He spent 308 matches at the head of the team, having won 215 victories. Pasqual is the club record holder for the number of games as head coach.
Under the leadership of Paskual, Zenit became the champion of the Unified VTB League and the two -time owner of the VTB Super Cup. The Spaniard was twice recognized as a coach of the year.
