Olympic champion and star of NBA Harden is accused of negligence in connection with the case of rape with his nephew
The Olympic champion and the world champion, the Los -Angeles Clippers basketball player James Harden became a defendant in a civil lawsuit in which he is accused of negligence in connection with the alleged rape with his nephew, reports The Athletic.
The incident occurred during the New Year party arranged by Harden in his residence in Houston.
The plaintiff Marisa Walley claims that Harden’s nephew raped her at a party when she was unconscious. Walley also declares negligence from Harden because of his home protection behavior.
The lawsuit states that Harden “bears indirect responsibility for the actions of his guards and their corporate employer,” who were also called defendants in the case.
35 -year -old Harden takes second place in the history of the NBA in terms of the number of three -point shots realized. He is also included in the top -15 leaders on the programs for a career in the history of the NBA.
