Zenit extended the contract with the basketball player Poitress
The Central Alex Poitress extended the contract with the St. Petersburg Zenit, the press service of the basketball club reports.
An agreement with a 31 -year -old basketball player with US citizenship and cat -d’Ivoire is designed until the end of the season – 2025/26 and provides for the possibility of extension for one year.
Putress joined Zenit last summer, earlier he played for the St. Petersburg club from 2020 to 2022. The basketball player takes 7th place in the history of the club in terms of the number of games for Zenit (169 matches) and is a leader among foreign players in this indicator. He is also included in the three best snipers of the “blue -white -blue” in the history of the club (1659 points).
Last season, Putress took part in the 60 Games of the regular championship and the Play -OFF of the Unified VTB league, gained an average of 9.8 points, made 5.0 selection, 0.9 block shots, 0.7 interceptions and 0.4 transfers for 19 minutes on the site.
