A trading card featuring basketball players Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant sold at auction for a record $12.932 million, ESPN reports.
This 2007-08 Upper Deck Exquisite Collection piece features NBA jersey logos and autographs.
Previously, the most expensive card was a card with the image of baseball player Mickey Mantle, which was bought in 2022 for $12.6 million.
The Jordan/Bryant card is the second most expensive sports collectible of all time, behind Babe Ruth’s Tackle Shot jersey from the 1932 World Series, which sold for $24.12 million about a year ago.
A five-time NBA champion with the Los Angeles Lakers, Bryant died in a plane crash in 2020 at the age of 41. Jordan, 62, was a six-time NBA champion with the Chicago Bulls.
