Basketball players of the German national team expressed dissatisfaction with the living conditions at the hotel, which is located in Riga (Latvia), reports Basketball Sphere.
The German Basketball Federation has asked the International Federation of Basketball Associations (FIBA) to move the team to another hotel.
According to the national team players, the rooms at the current accommodation are too cramped for the athletes, the food is of poor quality, and there is noise caused by nightly construction work that takes place next to the hotel.
In the quarterfinals of the tournament, the German team will play against the Slovenia team on Wednesday, September 10.
