LeBron James responds to criticism after debut: “What’s wrong with people?”

“It was so much fun to be able to participate with the kids.” LeBron said after the game. “Like I said, it was mentally tough for me. I haven’t missed the start of a basketball season since I was 9 years old.”
“So, going through everything physically, emotionally, spiritually, and everything else, it tested me. And I just kept my head down while I was at work, and then I kept my head up for my faith. That’s what got me to this point today, and it’s amazing.” he added.
“I’m very happy. You’ll see me smiling and talking a lot on the court today. It’s a lot of fun being with those guys.”
Without LeBron, The Los Angeles Lakers had a good record of 10 wins and 4 losses. in the first 14 games His return may have affected the team’s rhythm. But James rejected it.
“I can fit in with anyone. I don’t even understand why they question that. What’s wrong with these guys?” James asked. “I could connect with anyone right away. So, watching the players in the first 14 games, I put myself in the best position to help the team and was successful in helping them.”
“We don’t have to worry about team chemistry. We’re a great group. We all enjoy being together, we all play for each other and sacrifice for each other.”
