UNICS beat Zenit in the Winline Basket Cup match
Kazan UNICS beat St. Petersburg Zenit on the road in the group stage match of the Winline Basket Cup.
The Group B meeting in St. Petersburg ended with the guests winning with a score of 91:72 (32:23, 15:21, 23:12, 21:16). The most productive player in the Kazan team was center Jalen Reynolds, who scored 22 points. For Zenit, point guard Trent Fraser scored the most (22).
Zenit, despite the defeat, ranks first in Group B with three points. UNICS has two points and is in second place.
In the next match within the Winline Basket Cup. On December 4, Zenit will play away against the Igokea club from Bosnia and Herzegovina. UNICS will host Ekaterinburg Uralmash on December 13.
