Zenit basketball players beat Paris Nizhny Novgorod in a VTB United League match
Basketball players of St. Petersburg “Zenith” defeated the “Paris Nizhny Novgorod” club in a match of the regular championship of the VTB United League.
The meeting in St. Petersburg ended with a score of 102:80 (21:17, 32:24, 24:25, 25:14). The hosts’ most productive player was Trent Frazier (27 points), Levi Randolph scored 25 points, and Isaiah Washington scored 23 points for the losers.
Zenit (7 wins in 11 matches) ranks fourth in the standings, Nizhny Novgorod (3 wins in 11 games) is ninth. The St. Petersburg team will play against CSKA in Moscow on November 23, and Paris Nizhny Novgorod will visit Uralmash in Yekaterinburg on the same day.
