Egor Demin scored his first 100 points in an NBA game
Russian Brooklyn Nets guard Egor Demin surpassed the 100-point mark in his debut NBA season.
The 19-year-old Russian scored his 100th point in the first quarter of the regular season away match against the Boston Celtics.
In order to reach his first hundred, Demin needed 14 games. The Russian point guard has been in the starting lineup for Brooklyn’s last seven matches.
Brooklyn selected 19-year-old Demin eighth overall in the 2025 NBA Draft. This is the highest number for Russian basketball players in history.
Demin was born in Moscow, where he began his basketball career. In 2021, at the age of 15, he signed a contract with Real Madrid, and later decided to move to the United States.
