Zenit beat Uralmash in the VTB United League match
St. Petersburg Zenit defeated Ekaterinburg Uralmash in the regular championship match of the VTB United League.
The meeting in Yekaterinburg ended with a score of 86:79 (25:17, 21:18, 17:25, 23:19). The most productive player of the match was Timofey Gerasimov from Uralmash (25 points), Trent Fraser scored 20 points for the blue-white-blues, Andrey Martyuk scored a double-double (14 points and 12 rebounds).
Zenit (8 wins and 5 losses) is fourth in the standings, Uralmash (6–7) is seventh. On December 10, the team from St. Petersburg will play on their site with Samara, and Uralmash will host CSKA on December 17.
