Martyuk’s double-double helped Zenit defeat Igokeya in the Winline Basket Cup match
St. Petersburg Zenit beat the Bosnian team Igokea with a big score in the group stage match of the Winline Basket Cup.
The meeting of Group B was held in St. Petersburg and ended with a score of 103:72 (34:20, 18:15, 30:19, 21:18). The most productive player of the meeting was Zenit basketball player Levi Randolph, who scored 21 points. Also for the St. Petersburgers, Andrey Martyuk scored a double-double (14 points and 12 rebounds). Igokei has the most points from Ahmaad Rory with 15.
Zenit will host Ekaterinburg Uralmash in the next match of the tournament on February 12, and Igokea will play away against UNICS Kazan on January 28.
