“It’s a nasty day.” Sacramento mocked LeBron after victory
On the night of January 12-13, the Sacramento Kings defeated the Los Angeles Lakers 124:112 in the NBA regular season.
In this game LeBron James It was played for the first time with a special jersey patch previously introduced by the NBA and Topps in honor of LeBron’s record-breaking 23rd season in the league.
The first game with the new patch did not go well for the Lakers. While Los Angeles struggled defensively, the Kings scored nearly everything they wanted. The team completely controlled the match, making an impressive 58.4% of the shots and an impressive 65.4% of the three-point shots.
After the victory, Sacramento decided to joke on social networks.
“Bad day for jersey patch release,” the Kings wrote on the official X account.
Despite his poor performance, James played a quality game and finished the match with 22 points, 3 rebounds and 4 assists.
