Ware’s shot at the last second brought CSKA victory over Uralmash in the VTB United League match
CSKA Moscow defeated Uralmash from Yekaterinburg in the VTB United League match.
The meeting in Moscow ended with a score of 87:84 (28:21, 26:21, 18:13, 15:29) in favor of the “red-blues”.
The victory for the Moscow team was brought by Casper Ware, who scored a three-point shot in the last second of the match. He also became the most productive player in CSKA, scoring 21 points. Uralmash has 22 points from Hayden Dalton.
CSKA won 20 victories in 22 matches and ranks first in the standings, Uralmash (8–14) is in eighth place.
