A new case of coronavirus has been reported by AEK affecting a player from the team, with the total number of cases reaching five.
Cases of coronavirus in AEK rose to five when KAE announced another case affecting a player from the team on Monday 1/3. Union too is suffering from the virus like most teams in the league while we remind you that games 12 and 13 of ESAKE have been postponed.

“As a matter of social responsibility, AEK BC announces that another athlete from our team has been diagnosed positive in a scheduled COVID-19 detection test.
His condition is monitored by specialists and our medical staff. Repeated examinations and all that is foreseen according to the health protocol of EODY follow. The family of AEK BC wishes the sick athlete, but also our other patients, a speedy recovery”.
