OAKA announced that it will reopen Thursday (1/27) from 9:00 a.m. for essential athlete and team training only and not to the public.

OAKA announced that the operations of will continue Thursday (1/27) at 9:00 am only for necessary training of athletes and teams and not for the general public, while full operation begins on Friday when conditions permit.

The storm “Elpida” left a large amount of snow in OAKA, while we remind you that the Greek Cup match between AEK and PAOK, scheduled for Wednesday (26/01) has been postponed due to the weather conditions.

The announcement in detail:

“Due to the large amount of snow that has accumulated throughout the Olympic Complex and guided by the safety of users (sports family members, citizens and our employees), we know that OAKA Spyros Louis will be closed on Thursday 1/27. However, it will only reopen from 9.00 a.m. for the absolutely necessary training of athletes and teams and is not open for use by the public (athletes).

Full operation of OAKA will be on Friday 1/28. start in the morning if conditions permit.

We ask all users of the center, who will be at the Olympic site from tomorrow morning, to take extra care due to the snow and low temperatures.”
