Michael Jordan, angered that the Hornets lost 20 points to the Lakers, left his position near the end of the game, with Charlotte eventually taking the win 117-114.

The Hornets made it easy — without LeBron and Davis — against the Lakers before winning 117-114 after losing by 20 points. And it was this near-fiasco that so irritated Michael Jordan that he left before the game was over.

The Charlotte owner couldn’t bear to see the Hornets players making mistake after mistake and almost losing the game. With a 16.8 second lead in the finals – and the Hornets’ score 115-114 – he got up from his seat and left without his team finally winning.
